CARTEN was founded in 1970. In 1990, Fujikin acquired CARTEN. The official
Company name for CARTEN, US was up-dated in 2015 to CARTEN-Fujikin, Inc.
Carten-Fujikin, Inc. has evolved into a global leader in the manufacture of high
purity bellows and diaphragm valves earmarked for critical gas and liquid
delivery systems. In addition to a wide array of high integrity valve products,
Carten is also becoming a recognized fabricator of integrated gas systems
installed in current generation of semiconductor process tools. With two
manufacturing facilities (Cheshire, Ct. USA and Waterford, Ireland), and
stocking locations through independent distribution in the US and East Asia,
Carten is capable of serving customer needs on a global basis.
