This HFLD valve series is designed with 6" and 8" bodies, at 814 Cv and 1917 Cv, to provide a high capacity process solution to manage UHP bulk gas delivery demands for high volume factories.

• Ultra-high purity stainless steel construction
• 20 Ra max surface finish standard, with optional 10 Ra available
• Highest Cv in the industry at 10 Ra surface
• Purge connections are integrated into the valve body; valve body and tube ends are serialized for material certification
• Inconel® 625 Bellows for high cycle life and superior corrosion resistance
